Bennett F. Love, 70, of Perryton, Tx passed away on Monday, October 5, 2020. A funeral service is scheduled for 2:00 pm Thursday, October 8, 2020 at the First Baptist Church of Perryton with Rev. Richard Laverty officiating. Burial will follow in Ochiltree Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home of Perryton. Due to COVID 19 guidelines, we will be practicing social distancing and occupancy numbers will be limited.

Mr. Love was born on June 12, 1950 to James and Anna Belle (Lard) Love in Woodward, Ok. He married Gwen Lewis on May 25, 1972 in Perryton, Tx. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps for over 20 years and was a Master Sargent. He always considered Perryton his home when he wasn't away on assignment. He loved country life and horses and was an excellent metal fabricator. Bennett was also a member of the First Baptist Church of Perryton.

He is survived by two sons, Bennett F. Love, Jr. and wife, Yvette of Clarksville, Tn and Brian Love and wife, Elizabeth of Perryton, Tx; one daughter, Melissa Glass and husband, Scott of Perryton, Tx; eleven grandchildren, Aaron Ansbro, Trey Love, Jared Love, Cooper Ivy, Dinah Ivy, Kaycee Ivy, Braden Glass, Sarah Glass, Gabriel Love, Gracelyn Love, and Matthew Love; one brother, Jim Love of Fritch, Tx.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Anna Bell Love; wife, Gwen in 2015; one granddaughter.
