Betty Doiel, 94, of Perryton, Texas passed away Wednesday, September 16, 2026 in Perryton. Viewing will be Sunday, September 20, 2026 from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home in Perryton. A graveside service will be held Monday, September 21, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at Ochiltree Cemetery in Perryton, Texas, officiated by Rev. Marlon Sparks. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home, Inc. of Perryton, Texas.

Betty was born on March 23, 1932 in Shenandoah, Iowa to George Jones and Dorotha Thompson. She made her home with her husband, Farell Doiel, whom she married on September 5, 1948 in Shenandoah, Iowa. She was a member of Victory Family Church in Perryton, Texas. Her faith and her church were important to her, and she loved working with and serving her church. She also loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them.

Betty is survived by two daughters, Nancy Hall and husband Freddy of Shiprock, New Mexico, and Patty Doiel of San Antonio, Texas; one son, Calvin Doiel and wife Judy of Perryton, Texas; eleven grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and several great-great-grandchildren.

Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Farell; two sons, Eddie Doiel, and Gary Doiel; one daughter, Peggy Doiel; and her parents, George and Dorotha Jones.
