Betty A. Moore, 91, of Perryton, Texas, passed away Wednesday, October 11, 2023, in Perryton, Texas.  A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m., Wednesday, October 18, 2023 at Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Marlon Sparks officiating.  Cremation arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home, Inc. of Perryton, Texas.

Mrs. Moore was born on September 18, 1932 in Las Vegas, New Mexico to Andres Anaya and Antonia Quintana.  She married Morris Moore, and she was a homemaker.  She loved to sing and play the piano, and she loved animals.

Mrs. Moore is survived by a sister-in-law, Rose Anaya of Perryton, Texas; numerous nieces and nephews; two step-sons, Michael Moore Cox of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Fredd Moore of Canyon, Texas; and one step-daughter, Kathryn K. Moore Boyer of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Mrs. Moore was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; two brothers, Billy Anaya, and Joe Anaya; and three sisters, Rose Chavez, Flora Brown, and Viola Lovato.
