Bobbie Jean Douglas Florida, passed away on Tuesday, November 1, 2022 in Midland, Texas. A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 4, 2022, 3:00 p.m. at Hansford Cemetery in Spearman with Rev. Danny Hendricks officiating.  Arrangements are under the direction of Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home of Spearman.

Bobbie Jean was born, August 16, 1933.  She married Bud Douglas in June 1948.  She was married to Bud Florida, after the loss of her husband Bud Douglas and they resided in Plainview, Texas.

Bobbie was 89 years young, and she loved God, always looked for the best in people and situations of life.  She always said "Life is what you make it."  She was grateful for what God had given her.  She loved her family and she will be missed by those that knew her.

Bobbie was preceded in death by her parents, Gladys and Clarence Russell; her two husbands, Bud Douglas and Bud Florida; and son, Gary Lynn Douglas.

She is survived by her daughter, Rickie Ann Douglas Walker and husband Bob Walker, of Midland, Tx. and their children, Michelle and Laurie.  She is also survived by her brother, Tommy Russell and wife Sandy of Amarillo and their children Kevin and Kayla and numerous, Grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
