Brad Lynn James was born on July 12, 1966 in Beaver, Oklahoma to Donna Saunders James and Norman James. Brad left this life on Wednesday June 25, 2025 at BSA Hospital in Amarillo, Texas. A graveside service will be held Friday June 27, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at Heart Cemetery in Booker, Texas. Arrangements are under the direction of Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home, Inc. of Perryton, Texas.

Brad attended the Booker School System and graduated High School in 1984. After graduating he went to work for Affiliated Food in Amarillo and Hughes Trailer of Canyon.

Brad is survived by his mother, Donna Horn of Farnsworth, Texas; his son, Justin James of Canyon, Texas; two brothers, Monty James and wife Sunday of Booker, Texas and Nick James of Kingwood, Texas; along with several nieces and nephews.

Brad was preceded in death by his father, Norman James.
