Clemente Ayala Velez, 53, of Perryton, Texas passed away Monday, April 29, 2024 in Beaver County, Oklahoma.  Viewing will be Sunday, May 5 from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Monday, May 6, 2024 from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m at Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home.  Rosary will be held at 7:00 p.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.  Funeral mass will be at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, May 7, 2024 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.  Burial will follow in Ochiltree Cemetery.  Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home, Inc. of Perryton, Texas.

Clemente was born on April 11, 1971 in Mexico to Carmelo Velez and Magdalena Ayala.  He married his wife, Griselda Lomas, in El Paso, Texas on May 30, 1995.  He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Perryton, Texas.

Clemente is survived by one daughter, Jennifer Velez of Liberal, Kansas; two sons, Adolfo Velez and Luis Angel Velez, both of Perryton, Texas.; his mother, Magdalena Ayala of Perryton, Texas; four brothers, Roman Velez of Saltillo, Coahula, Mexico, Saul Velez of Buffalo, Oklahoma, Rito Velez and Jesus Velez, both of Perryton, Texas; three sisters, Paty Velez of Perryton, Texas, Eva Boose of Flora, Illinois, and Oralia Velez of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and his beloved cat, Mellie!
