Clive Randall 'Randy' Slovacek, son of Clive and Betty Russell Slovacek, age 76, passed away Thursday, June 6, 2024, at Crown Pointe Care Center in Columbus, Ohio. He was born on August 4, 1947 in Beaver, OK.
Randy retired from a life of service providing his maintenance skills at Fuller Brush, Great Bend, KS, Friends Bible College, Haviland, KS, Boys Country, Tomball, TX, and Texas Flange and Forge, in Booker, TX. He had the unwavering abilty to impact others everywhere he went. He also enjoyed painting, wildlife, ships, castle architecture and woodworking.
He is survived by his wife Margita (Stykova) Slovacek, of Cordova, SC, two sons; Mark (Katie) Slovacek of Columbus, OH, Raymond (Jaruwan) Slovacek of Tulsa, OK, his step-daughter Tatiana (Benjamin) Olan of Cope, SC, and four grandchildren, Suan, Chase, Ellie, and Amiee. Randy is also survived by his cherished foster children Bob (Laura) Gwin of KS, and Ricky Gwin of TX, Raye (Brad) McCampbell, of KS, Ronnie (Eric) Sears of KS, and Becky Smith, of KS; two brothers; Bob (Cheryl) Slovacek of OK, Mike (Debra) Slovacek, of TX, and one sister Connie (Bob) Shaffer, of MO. The Memorial Service will be held at the Booker Friends Church in Booker, Texas, at 2:00 p.m., Monday, August 5, 2024.  Interment will follow at the Heart Cemetery in Booker.  Memorial donations may be made to Bella Care Hospice, 110 Polaris Pkwy Suite 302, Westerville, OH 43082.
