Donna Mae Cook, 89, of Spearman, TX passed away April 17, 2022 at BSA Hospital in Amarillo, TX. She was a resident of the Hansford Manor in Spearman, TX. Her celebration of life will be held on Friday, July 22, 2022, at 10:30 a.m. at Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home Chapel in Perryton, TX. Arrangements are under the direction of Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home of Perryton, Tx.

Donna was born as an only child on April 22, 1932 in Fairfax, OK to Bill and Florence Taylor.

She is survived by her five daughters, Sandra Eaton of Spearman, TX, Rita Bunk of Nashua, MT, Kathy Hagerman of Pampa, TX, Carrie Cook of Perryton, TX and Sherrie Williams of Perryton, TX; one son, Rex Cook of Spearman, TX; sixteen grandchildren; and more than 40 great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ben Cook; daughter, Anita Brooks; son, Allen Cook; grandson, Brandon Stafford; great-granddaughter, Hannah Elizabeth Bromlow; and son-in-law, Allen Bunk.

She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
