Eleanor Bransgrove, 94, of Perryton, Tx, passed away Saturday, January 9, 2021. A funeral service is scheduled for 2:00 pm, Friday, January 15, 2021 at the Bethlehem Lutheran Church with Rev. Gary McClellan officiating. Burial will follow in Gray Cemetery. The funeral home in Perryton will be open for viewing/visitation Wednesday (1/13/21) 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm, Thursday (1/15/21) until 9:00 am - 9:00 pm and Fri (1/15/21) 9:00 am until service time. Arrangements are under the direction of Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home of Perryton. Due to COVID 19 guidelines, we will be practicing social distancing and occupancy numbers will be limited. Eleanor was born February 14, 1926 on a farm between Waka and Farnsworth to William Henry and Hattie Classen Jennrich. She married Weldon Bransgrove November 13, 1959 in Perryton, Texas. She was a lifetime resident of the Perryton area and graduated from Perryton High School in 1943. After graduation, she worked at Western Auto, Hobbs Motor Company and Littau Motor Company all in Perryton. After several years spent raising her family, in 1972, she went to work for Senior Village Nursing Home as a cook and then kitchen supervisor. She worked there for over 20 years. She was a member of the Bethlehem Lutheran Church of Perryton.

She is survived by a son, William Bransgrove and wife, Tamara of Hereford, Tx; daughter, Linda Bransgrove of Amarillo,Tx; son, Richard Bransgrove and wife, Liz of Miami, Fl; one grandson, Bales Bransgrove of Miami, Fl.

She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Weldon and a sister, Leola Jennrich.
