Herminia Aguilar Garcia, 67, of Gruver, TX passed away on Tuesday, May 16,2023 in Perryton. A memorial service will be at the First Christian Church in Gruver on Friday, May 26, 2023, 11:00a.m., with Pastor Gary Gumfory officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home of Spearman.

Herminia was born on July 22, 1955 in Juarez, Mexico to Esther Anaya Garcia and Ramon Garcia. Herminia and Guadalupe Aguilar were married in 1970 in Perryton, TX. They resided in Gruver,Tx for many years. She loved everyone and most of all her grandkids. She also loved gardening and watching her summer flowers bloom.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Guadalupe Aguilar,  birth mother, Esther Garcia, father Ramon Garcia , mother, Idolina Garcia, sisters, Tola Simental and Josefa Granados..

She is survived by her son, Freddy Aguliar and wife, Veronica of Gruver, daughters, Julie Diaz and husband, Eduardo of Perryton, Khristi Martinez and husband, Edgar of Perryton ,10 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother, Ramon Garcia Jr. of Gruver, sisters, Soledad Favela of Sunland Park, NM Ramona Soto and Sandy Franco of El Paso, TX.
