Keith L. O'Quin, 77, of Spearman, Texas, formerly of Perryton, Texas passed away Monday, September 5, 2022, in Spearman, Texas. Private family services will be held at a later date, and cremation services are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home, Inc. of Spearman, Texas.

Keith was born on July 15, 1945, in Anthony, Kansas, to Emmit O'Quin and Genevieve Slaughter O'Quin. He enlisted in the U.S. Navy and served with the U.S. Marine Corps as a corpsman where his love for his country grew. When he was a truck driver, he would bring his kids little critters from horny toads to tarantulas; sometimes his kids would join him on the big open road adventures. He was a very generous person that would give his shirt off his back and probably his socks off his feet too. Keith never met a stranger probably because story telling came so easy for him - with his journey in life of growing up, serving his country, working in a dental lab, helping on a ranch, and many more detailed stories. His eyes would light up like the 4th of July when he put a smile on a child's face – he adored children. Animals also had a special place in his heart. His favorite saying was, "Do you know….". If you don't know the end to his saying, ask his kids and grandkids because they know it by heart. 'Old Dinosaur' was a nickname given to him when he became a grandpa, so of course, his grandkids called him Dino. He had a love for antiques and classic cars. Other hobbies include reading, drawing, listening & singing to music with family, leather work, and anything outdoors. He was a very good Christian man and will be terribly missed by his family and friends.

Keith is survived by three daughters, Tiffany Ondich and husband Scott, Telie Crum and husband Gannon, and Keisha O'Quin, all of Spearman, Texas; two sons, Shad OQuin, Shan OQuin and wife Rachel, of Perryton, Texas; a sister, Colleen Kaufman and brother-in-law Paul Kaufman of Decatur, Texas. Dino's 10 1/2 grandchildren are Rion, Keira, Rylee, Carson, Collden, Queston, Greyson, Decklin, Georgia, Kole, and arriving soon is Emmit.
