Linda Brooks, 77, of Perryton, Texas passed away Monday, April 28, 2025 in Perryton.  A memorial service will be held Tuesday, May 6, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at Fellowship Baptist Church, officiated by Rev. Wes Stevens.   Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home, Inc. of Perryton, Texas.

Linda was born on June 21, 1947 to Antone Herman Bucher and Doris Underwood Bucher in Higgins, Texas.  She worked at what was then known as Senior Village Nursing Home, now known as Capstone Health Care, in Perryton, Texas for many years.  She was known there as the "laundry lady."  She enjoyed spending time with her family.

Linda is survived by her husband, David; four daughters, Sheila Zaccarelli, Becky Hellums, Debbie Rooker and Kathy Gaisford; two sons, Kenneth Ridenour and Kevin Ridenour; one sister, Betty Bucher Bunch; seven grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Jim Bucher; and one sister, Connie Armstrong; one grandchild; and two great-grandchildren.
