Olivia Nevarez nació el 12 de enero de 1963 en Chihuahua, México, hija de Jesús y Rosenda (Soto) Nevarez.  Se casó con Noel Frías el 8 de febrero de 1982 en México.  Era una madre, abuela y amiga muy cariñosa. Siempre tenía una sonrisa en su rostro. Era una mujer muy fuerte, luchando contra la enfermedad durante 30 años. Su familia era lo más importante en su vida. Ella apreciaba cada momento que pasaba con ellos. Fue miembro de la Iglesia Católica de la Inmaculada Concepción de Perryton.

A Olivia le sobreviven su esposo, Noel Frias; hijo, Adrián Frías y esposa, Marisela; su hija, Lily Frías y su esposo, Fernando; nietas, Alexa Frias, Camila Frias, Jaylynn Frias y Jocelyn Frias todos de Perryton, TX.

Fue precedida en la muerte por sus padres, Jesús y Rosenda Nevarez.

Olivia Frias, 60, beloved mother and grandmother passed away on April 7, 2023 in Perryton, Tx. Funeral mass is scheduled for 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Perryton, Tx with Father Cesar Gomez officiating. Viewing/visitation will be Monday (4/10/23) 11:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. with a rosary at 6:00 p.m. at Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home in Perryton. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral of Perryton, Texas.

Olivia Nevarez was born January 12, 1963 in Chihuahua, Mexico to Jesus and Rosenda (Soto) Nevarez. She married Noel Frias on February 8, 1982 in Mexico. She was a very loving, caring mother, grandmother, and friend. She always had a smile on her face. She was a very strong lady, fighting sickness for 30 years. Her family was the most important thing in her life. She cherished every moment she got to spend with them. She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church of Perryton.

Olivia is survived by her husband, Noel, of the home; son, Adrian Frias and wife, Marisela; daughter, Lily Frias and husband, Fernando; granddaughters, Alexa Frias, Camila Frias, Jaylynn Frias, and Jocelyn Frias all of Perryton, TX.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jesus and Rosenda Nevarez.
