Rhonda Dee Cazzell Bailey, went to be with the Lord on March 8, 2024, with her sons by her side in Spearman, TX.  She was born on July 22, 1954, in Amarillo, Texas, to the late Everett True and Norma Jane Cazzell, and was one of five siblings. Rhonda graduated from Tascosa High School and later earned a degree in social work from West Texas A&M University.

Rhonda dedicated her life to raising her two sons, Jonathan and Jordan. She walked with the Lord daily and showed His love to everyone around her. She was an active member of First Christian Church of Perryton when she was younger, where she loved singing hymns and playing hand bells.

In addition to her faith, Rhonda found joy in various hobbies and activities. She was an accomplished pianist, a skilled cook, and an avid card player.  She found joy in spending time with her beloved family, especially her granddaughters, Karter, Kamryn, and Kateyn. Rhonda cherished moments such as watching "Mamma Mia" with Karter, cooking with Kamryn, and teaching Kateyn to play the piano.

Rhonda's compassionate nature extended beyond her family circle, as she worked helping others during her time at Child Protective Services in Amarillo.

Rhonda was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Karen Clark. She is survived by her son Jonathan and wife Chandra, along with their daughters Karter, Kamryn, and Kateyn Bailey; son Jordan and wife Kari Bailey; siblings Deborah and husband Mitch Johnson, Janis and husband David Bailey, Brian and wife Mary Cazzell; nephew David and wife Theresa Clark; and nieces Susan and husband Sascha Hofmann, Lauren and husband Jordan Jones, and Emily Cazzell.

A service to celebrate Rhonda's life will be held on March 18th at 10:30 a.m. at the First Christian Church of Perryton, under the direction of Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors of Perryton.

May Rhonda's memory be a blessing and may her legacy of love and kindness continue to inspire those who knew her. Memorials can be sent to the Hansford Manor, 707 S. Roland, Spearman, TX 79081.
