Rhys Patrick Cline, 18, passed away on Tuesday, March 30, 2021. A graveside service will be held at Hansford Cemetery on Thursday, April 1, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. with Nick Vinson, Denny Huebner, Terrell Giddens, and Byron Potter officiating.  Arrangements are under the direction of Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home of Spearman.

Rhys was born to Grady and Heather Vinson Cline, in Amarillo, Texas on September 30, 2002.  He had a phenomenal work ethic and loved his job and the people he worked with.  He always had a big soft heart and a contagious smile.  Rhys was an " I Love You" kind of guy.

Rhys is survived by his parents, Grady and Heather Cline of Spearman, Texas; sisters, Shelby Cline Whisennand and husband, Cord, of Canyon, Texas and Cambry Cline of Spearman, Texas; brother, Creed Cline of Spearman, Texas; niece, Cortlyn Whisennand of Canyon, Texas; grandmother, Marilyn Cline of Spearman, Texas; grandparents, Craig and Beverly Vinson of Graford, Texas; great-grandmother Janette Albus Whitford of Lubbock, Texas.

He was preceded in death by Dennis Cline, Bob Vinson, Jane Vinson and Paul Albus.

The family suggests memorials be made in his name to the Texas Scottish Rite Children's Hospital in Dallas, Texas.
