Richard Allen, 67, of Perryton, Tx passed away on Tuesday, October 6, 2020. No memorial service is scheduled at this time. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home of Perryton.

Richard was born on August 10, 1953 to Guy and Willie Pearl "Billie" (Graham) Allen in Perryton, Tx. He was a graduate of Perryton High School and then attended Clarendon College. After a short move to Austin, Tx, he came back and went to work for the City of Perryton. He later went to work for the Texas Department of Transportation where he retired from.

He is survived by his sister, Sandra and her husband, Larry Burchett of Cooperas Cove, Tx; nieces, Lea and husband, Brian Thomas of Perryton, Tx, Christene and husband, Nick Planansky of Hayden, Co, Sharon Odell of Amarillo, Tx; nephews, Keith and wife, Judy Doiel of Warren, Ok, and Eugene Doiel of Gig Harbor, Wa; sister-in-law, Randi Allen Ortega of Perryton, Tx.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Guy and Billie Allen; brother, Gregory Allen; grandmother, Clara Allen; and uncle, Gail Allen.
