Robert "Woody" Cumby, 64, of Perryton, Tx, passed away on Sunday, July 4, 2021, in Amarillo, Texas. Viewing/Visitation will be Thursday (7/8/2021) from 9:00 a.m to 9:00 p.m at the Boxwell Brothers Funeral home in Perryton, Texas. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home of Perryton.

Robert was born on March 13, 1957, in Downey, California. He is the son of Russell and Della (Brunke) Cumby. He married Donna Martin on March 5, 1997, in Perryton, Texas. Robert loved to fish, and he worked for JL Bryan for 10 years.

He is survived by his wife, Donna Cumby of Perryton, Texas; stepdaughters, Rachel Walker if Seminole, Oklahoma, Latrisha Garrett of Perryton, Texas, and Felisha Walker of Seminole, Oklahoma; grandchildren, Jacob Garrett, Jessica Garrett, and Jaxton Garrett; brothers, Russell Cumby of Hemet, California, Tracy Cumby of Lubbock, Texas, and Andrew Cumby of Amarillo, Texas; stepsister, Diane Gandara of Happy, Texas.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Sharon.
