Roxie Newcomb, 67, of Perryton, Texas passed away Sunday, February 5, 2023 in Amarillo, Tx. A memorial service is scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Friday, February 10, 2023 at Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home Chapel in Perryton with Eric Newcomb officiating.  Cremation and arrangements are under the direction of Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home of Perryton.

Roxie Ann Kyle was born December 1, 1955 in Cheyenne, Ok to William Luis and Lila Grace (Lucas) Kyle. She married Jack Newcomb on February 9, 1978. She was a dispatcher for the Sherman County Sheriff's office for over 20 years and then for Ochiltree County Sheriff's office for 13 years, where she retired from on January 1, 2021. She enjoyed cooking for her family. She loved rocks because she felt like they lasted forever. She liked wearing big, dangly, flashy, bright earrings. People would say she was a very kind, caring person.

Roxie is survived by her husband, Jack, of the home; son, Eric (Myranda) Newcomb of Perryton, Tx; adopted son, Brandon Jones of Amarillo, Tx; granddaughter, Erin (Nick) Hale of Perryton, Tx; grandsons, Kodey Newcomb and Levi Newcomb both of Perryton, Tx; brother, Terry Kyle of Dumas, Tx; and sister, Billye (Joe) Zak of Stratford, Tx.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Chad Daniel Newcomb; sister and brother-in-law, Nina and Butch Ellison; and sister-in-law, Ellen Kyle.
