Sharion "Grammar" Cook, 75, of Spearman, passed away on Saturday, March 26, 2022 in Spearman.  Viewing will be on Sunday, March 27, 2022 from 1:00p.m. until 9:00p.m. and  Monday, March 28, 2022, 9:00a.m. until 9:00p.m. with a family visitation on, Monday from 6:00p.m. until 8:00p.m. at Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home of Spearman.   A graveside service is scheduled on Tuesday March 29, 2022, 2:00p.m. at the Holt Cemetery with John Scott officiating.  Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home of Spearman.

Sharion was born on May 30, 1946 at Borger, Texas to Floyd and Allene Gipson Close.  Sharion and Lynn Cook were married on October 23, 1965 and were married almost 55 years.  They had three children Bob, Shawn and Lyndee

She retired from Speartex after 27 years and was a member of Beta Sigma Phi for 47 years.  Sharion was a member of the First Baptist Church in Spearman and served as past President of the Chamber of Commerce in Spearman.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Lynn and many special relatives.

Sharion is survived by her sons, Bob and  wife, Shelly Cook, of Pampa, Shawn and  wife, Traci Cook of Rowlett, and daughter, Lyndee Stone of Spearman, sister D'Anda Widener, 10 wonderful grandchildren, Cori and Brice Bennett, Brayden Cook and Connor Cook, Lindsey and Jared Pilcher, Stefan Cook, Trevin Ferguson, Kaylee Ferguson and Kyler Cook and her special joys were her 3, great-grandchildren, Emma, Swayde and  Oliver.
