Wendell D. Ferguson, 92, of Perryton, Texas passed away Thursday, July 9, 2020. A Memorial Service is planned for 2:00 pm, Monday, July 13, 2020 at Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home Chapel. Arrangements are made by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home of Perryton.

Wendell was born December 27, 1927 in Perryton, Tx to Ira and Amy Partridge Ferguson. He was a hard-working farmer/rancher and loved to dance. He would spend winters in Yuma, Az.

He is survived by daughter, Anesia Shores of Elk City, Ok; son, Eric (Shannon) Ferguson of Balko, Ok; daughter, O'Leen (Todd) Bennett of Pampa, Tx; step-son, Waylan Thurman and wife Kathy of Liberal, Ks; step-daughter, Marolan Smith of Amarillo, Tx; step-son, Darrell Thurman and wife Vickie of Perryton, Tx; step-daughter, Leanna Swenhaugen and husband Chuck of Booker, Tx;20 grandchildren and 39 great-grandchildren; brother, Garry Blosser of Oklahoma City, Ok; special friend, Sharon Hayes of Guymon, Ok.

He is preceded in death by his parents and one brother.
